- Mounting marks, 3D laser scanning at every stage of erection, mismatch control and facade fabrication data.
- Mounting marks on the structure and around the stadium, in one system with the setting-out axes.
- 8 scans of the steel structure from April 2025 to January 2026 — at every stage of erection.
- Point cloud — 11.4 million points; a ring about 570 m in perimeter, ribs 18.3 m tall.
- Mismatch monitoring — the cloud is overlaid with the setting-out axes after every scan and deviations are reported to the erectors.
- Facade fabrication data — the real geometry of the structure the facade elements are fabricated to.
Result: after scanning and fabrication the mismatch in the steel facade is 2 mm.
