Data Controller

Data controller per GDPR is GM Engineering Ltd., registered at: Pirin Str. 3, Pavlovo, Sofia 1618. For privacy-related inquiries: office@gm-engineering.com.

What data we collect

When you fill in a contact form or inquiry calculator on the site, we collect:

• name and surname;
• email address;
• phone number;
• information about your inquiry (service type, property type, location, description);
• technical data — IP address, browser type, submission time.

How we use the data

• To contact you and provide a quote for your inquiry;
• To execute the services you order;
• To meet our legal obligations;
• To improve site functionality (anonymous statistics).

Retention period

Inquiries are stored in our database for up to 24 months, except if you become a client — in which case data is retained per accounting law requirements (10 years).

Cookies

On your first visit we ask whether you accept cookies. Until you click “Accept”, no analytics or advertising cookies are stored on your device.

• Strictly necessary — your choice (“Accept”/“Decline”) is kept in your browser's localStorage (key gm-consent) so we don't ask on every visit;
• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — cookies _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years) to measure visits and inquiries from our Google Ads campaigns. Set only with your consent. Without consent, Google Analytics runs in cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode) and receives only signals without device identifiers.

Your GDPR rights

You have the right to: request information about stored data, request correction, request deletion, request processing restriction, withdraw consent at any time, file a complaint with the Bulgarian DPA.
