- 3D laser scanning and drone survey, facade extraction, unfolded elevation drawings and net areas for retrofit and design.
- Building of about 41 × 48 m in plan and about 27 m high, with loggias, sills and windows of different sizes.
- Terrestrial 3D laser scanning and 758 drone photos on oblique and nadir paths for the roof and upper floors.
- Extracted elements — facade outlines, slabs, all windows and doors, sills — as 3D lines, separated by facade.
- Unfolded facades with hatched net areas (without openings): west 880 m², east 783 m², north 722 m², south 572 m².
Deliverables: 3D facade drawing, unfolded facades in DWG and PDF, area table — about 2,957 m² of net facade area in total.
